It was meant for artists on <a href="http://www.warlab.com/forum/" target="_blank">WarLab.com/Forums</a> to show off their talents, have more exposure, and potentially expand their fanbases. It's free promotion, and also a chance to be on a cd with some amazing talent, and just put together great music.
