ADD A PATTERN TO TEXT

Adding a pattern to your text in Photoshop is easy and pretty quick to do.

1.Open a new document.

2.Use you text tool to type out your text.

3.Rasterize your text layer.

4.Use the selection tool and make a selection around the text.

5.Right-click inside the selection and the select Free Transform.

6.Adjust your text only a tiny bit and accept your changes. (We do this so we can have only the text letters selected.)

7.Make a new raster layer.

8.Now pick your Flood Fill tool and switch the mode or whatever to Pattern.

9.Select your pattern and then use your Flood Fill tool to fill in the pattern into each letter on the raster layer.

10.Lower the opacity of the layer to your liking and then merge the layers.

11.Press Ctrl+D and you're done!

Enjoy.
